Full-colour maps and turn-by-turn guidance
With the Forerunner 965's built-in full-colour maps, you'll never get lost! Create or search existing courses in the Garmin Connect App or sync from your favourite platform and receive turn-by-turn guidance. Enter the distance you want to run or bike and the sports watch will give you three unique routes that will take you back to your starting point. With the NextFork feature, you'll see exactly how far it is to the next fork, which further reduces the chance of cycling the wrong way.
Triathlon and multisport profiles
Switch between different profiles for triathlons, duathlons or swim sessions at the touch of a button. The stamina function gives you even more insight into your endurance. You'll know exactly how best to allocate your energy.
Daily suggested workouts
To achieve your health and performance goals, what you do today matters. This feature combines scientific insights with fitness, activity and lifestyle data to improve your fitness level (VO2-max) and achieve an optimal workout load. When generating a suggested workout, it considers your current training load, recovery time, sleep data as well as the profile of recently performed workouts.
Race widget
Whether it's a 10 km or a full marathon, the Forerunner 265 will help you prepare optimally for a race. For example, the sports watch provides training tips, personalised daily recommended workouts and with the Garmin Coach, you even get free customised training plans for 5 km, 10 km or a half marathon. Finally, the Race Predictor feature even provides you with a prediction of your finish time based on course data, weather and performance.
Specific features for cyclists
The Forerunner 965 also features the ClimbPro feature, which lets you analyse the altitude profile and different hills on your route. In addition, the Cycling Dynamics feature gives you the opportunity to improve your form and performance with data on your pedalling technique and power distribution, among other things.

Hugely satisfied with it, the watch motivates me for more exercise.
I am extremely happy with this watch! It is very easy to use and gives good analysis of your sports activities but also of your sleep and rest. The connection between the Garmin and Strava works great, which completes the overview. The battery is actually the biggest plus: with daily use with GPS it lasts more than a week, and without GPS even double that. I find that really quite impressive. In short: a reliable sports watch with excellent usability, deep analytics and an impressive battery life.

Tough and stylish running buddy!
Very happy with this Garmin. A great upgrade after my forerunner 255. Fine screen, clear navigation and super long battery life!

Fine sports watch with lots of features, long battery life, clear colours and screen.
After always having had a Polar, I took the plunge anyway, and switched to Garmin. So far, no regrets at all. Very nice, lightweight and clear watch. I also like the step count, so I finally know what I do in a day (in terms of steps). I do find it annoying that you have to change your display both in Garmin Connect and on your watch. For example what values you want to see when you run, walk, bike, etc. What units you want to use, metric or imperial.

Very complete and luxurious sports watch
I've been using it for a few weeks now and I haven't found any faults yet. The watch does everything it is supposed to do.
