For all brands, the following applies: if your helmet gets damaged within 2 years of purchase and is no longer safe (cracks or fractures in the foam), we offer the option to replace the damaged helmet. You will receive a discount equal to 40% of the purchase value of your old bicycle helmet. The 2-year period applies from the purchase date of the helmet. If you buy a new bike helmet with the helmet replacement discount, the 2-year period does not restart. If your helmet gets damaged within 2 years of purchasing your first helmet, you can still make use of this offer.

The Abus Urban-I 3.0 E-bike helmet has been developed particularly for city and touring cyclists. It is lightweight and stable thanks to the In-Mold construction with durable bonding between the EPS inner shell and Polycarbonate outer shell. This construction provides effective impact protection for your head. Besides increased safety in the event of a fall, the Urban-I 3.0 also enhances safety in terms of visibility; firstly, this e-bike helmet comes with powerful reflectors; secondly, high up at the back there is a large LED light with 180° visibility. Both the reflectors and LED light increase your visibility, especially in dark conditions.
The Zoom Ace Urban system allows you to customise the fit of the helmet to your liking. Simply turn the wheel to make minor adjustments. To guarantee a good ventilating capacity, this helmet has 12 air inlets and 5 air outlets, which help to keep your head comfortably cool during moderate cycling efforts. The integrated fly net at the front of the helmet offers effective protection against insects. The chin strap closes easily with the Fidlock magnetic strap buckle. Finally, the Abus Urban-I 3.0 is ponytail compatible and, as such, perfect for cyclists with long hair.
