For all brands, the following applies: if your helmet gets damaged within 2 years of purchase and is no longer safe (cracks or fractures in the foam), we offer the option to replace the damaged helmet. You will receive a discount equal to 40% of the purchase value of your old bicycle helmet. The 2-year period applies from the purchase date of the helmet. If you buy a new bike helmet with the helmet replacement discount, the 2-year period does not restart. If your helmet gets damaged within 2 years of purchasing your first helmet, you can still make use of this offer.
Giro / Lazer / Bell helmets: The Mantel Helmet Replacement applies for three years.
