The lock shipped quickly and the service from Mantel was great. The lock is easy to wrap onto a bike and, with an e-bike, you hardly notice it is there when riding. The only issue is that the lock mechanism is so smooth that it sometimes rotates closed while you are trying to line up the chain. This is a bit annoying but is ok because the lock is so strong.
