The Selle Italia Iron Kit Carbonio Flow saddle helps time trialists and triathletes to improve their results in comfort. The saddle form and the Flow technology give you more choice of postures when sitting on this saddle. The Iron Flow has a shorter nose; the advantage of such a short nose is that the saddle can be placed further forward while still complying with the UCI time trial guidelines. This allows you to assume a more natural riding position, enabling you to put down more power. Another advantage to this nose is that it reduces the pressure area and relieves pressure on soft tissue areas. The extra padding means that long distances in the aero position will no longer be an issue either.

Saddle shape
This saddle has a flat rear part, making it highly suitable for riders who remain stationary on their saddle while they ride and whose hips don’t rock from side to side at all. The flat shape provides more support than a round saddle would for these riders.

Flexibility
This is a completely flat saddle which provides plenty freedom of movement. The shape makes it particularly suitable for riders with a high degree of flexibility in their spine. People with a flexible spine will have no trouble rotating their pelvis, meaning they won’t need any additional support to maintain their optimal riding position.
