Your purchase of new Reynolds premium carbon fiber wheels is a sizeable investment worth protecting. The Reynolds Assurance Program is the most comprehensive protection program of its kind. It provides a 'no questions asked' level of protection for 2 years above and beyond our limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship, and crash replacement program. So no matter how your wheels may be damaged, Reynolds will repair or replace them free of charge, using the same or, if no longer available, currently released versions of the wheels.

By enrolling in the Reynolds Assurance Program you have peace of mind knowing that if a wheel is damaged in an incident, whether riding related or not, Reynolds has you covered. Reynolds Assurance Program is available only to the original wheelset owner within 30 days of purchase, covers two (2) wheel incidents per policy, is non-transferrable and can only be purchased from Reynolds Cycling or a Reynolds Cycling Authorized Dealer. With Reynolds Assurance Program, riders can return* their damaged carbon wheel(s)** for repair or replacement-at Reynolds' discretion-no questions asked.

* Customer is liable for shipping charges.
** Reynolds Assurance Program is available only for carbon-rim wheels and is applicable for up to two(2) wheel incidents per RAP policy, e.g., two front wheel, two rear wheel or one front wheel and one rear wheel, up to two years after purchase
