This is the entry-level pedal from the Look Keo family. This pedal has the same technique as the Look Keo 2 Max pedals, and the Keo 2 is used a lot in the racing world.
The spring tension is not adjustable, but set at 8Nm. Excellent adjustability for beginners,and easy to clip out.
