Edco Albula Competition Rennrad Laufräder

The Edco Albula Competition is a 38 mm high, fully carbon clincher wheelset with ceramic brake surface. This wheelset is specially developed for the sprint. The half high rim offers a good balance between aerodynamics, weight and handling properties.

The patented ceramic braking surface, in combination with the supplied pads ensure superior braking performance in both dry and rainy weather. The ceramic layer is sprayed on the rim during its manufacturing process at more than 1000 ° C, resulting in a highly wear-resistant brake surface.

Edco have developed a freehub body that is suitable for Campagnolo and Shimano. Thanks to specially designed washers and lockrings is the Multisys body compatible with 10/11-speed Campagnolo, 10/11-speed Shimano and 10/11-speed SRAM cassettes.
