Clever design
The basis of this electric mountain bike is its aluminium frame. The cables and battery are integrated into it, which not only looks sleek but also protects the components from mud and rain water. As suspension is very important for mountain biking, Scott has included suspension elements: a front fork with lockout and a rear shock with different modes. A front fork with lockout gives you the option of adjusting the suspension travel while cycling. This allows you to ride as efficiently as possible at all times. The rear shock has 3 different modes which are easy to control via the Scott Twinlock Suspension system. Furthermore, the saddle has a dropper post, which allows you to lower the saddle on steep descents so it doesn't get in the way in technically challenging sections.

Powerful motor
The assistance on the Strike eRide 930 comes from the Bosch Performance CX mid-mounted motor, which works very smoothly and naturally. The motor has a torque of 85 nm, so even on the steepest slopes you will always receive sufficient assistance. The battery has a 625 Wh capacity, which enables you to make a high-intensity tour of some 50 km. The motor is controlled via the Bosch Purion display, which is easy to operate and displays your basic riding data well.

Shifting and braking
Responsible for gear shifting is the SRAM SX Eagle 12-speed gear set, which shifts like clockwork. These gears, together with the large cassette, give you a huge gearing range to allow you to tackle the steepest climbs with ease. Braking is done with hydraulic disc brakes from Shimano. These disc brakes excel with their enormous braking power and good modulation. Even when conditions are bad, you can rely on the excellent braking performance of this e-MTB.
