Garmin Forerunner 745 GPS watch

The Garmin Forerunner 745 is a highly extensive variant within Garmin's assortment. The Forerunner 745 is a multisport GPS watch suitable for cycling, swimming, running and triathlon. All statistics are neatly kept in this compact device and can be automatically uploaded to your Garmin Connect app on the smartphone.

GPS connection
The Garmin Forerunner is connected to GPS but can also be connected to satellites such as GLONASS and GALILEO. So you always have good reception in remote areas and mountains. After the effort you can see which route you have taken. And before the effort you can upload a route and see where you want to go on the way.

Training advice
Garmin can give you advice about your upcoming workouts based on your training sessions. For example, it provides a daily workout suggestion. Taking into account recovery time from heavier workouts, and based on your current fitness level, training advice is given which avoids training overload.

Battery life
The battery lasts about a full week in Smartwatch mode in a fully charged state. When you have it in GPS mode and music mode, the battery lasts about 6 hours. Without music and with GPS up to 16 hours. The watch is easily rechargeable with the included USB cable.
