Women's Cycling Base Layers

Base layers are made to regulate your body temperature. During cold winter days, it keeps your body warm and during warm summer days, it keeps your body cool. A base layer is ideal as a first layer on your skin in all conditions. When combining thermo clothing with a second or third clothing layer, this insulates better than a single layer of thick clothes. Summer base layers can also be useful in spring and autumn if you're wearing multiple layers.
