Shimano 105 Di2 with built-in battery

The shift levers send their commands wirelessly to the rear derailleur, and the derailleurs are connected by a cable to the built-in Shimano DN300 battery. This means there is very little cabling running through your handlebars and frame, and you can shift gears reliably and consistently, even during a sprint or climb.

Carbon frame with integrated storage

The Addict HMF carbon frame combines stiffness and low weight with a storage compartment within the frame itself. This allows you to carry tyre levers and a spare inner tube without needing a saddle bag hanging from your saddle.

Replaceable derailleur hanger

The derailleur hanger is a separate component that takes the brunt of any impact in the event of a fall, and is easy to replace. This way, your frame stays intact and you will be ready for your next ride in no time.

Who is this bike for?

• Riders looking for a carbon road bike with electronic gear-shifting and hydraulic disc brakes.
• Riders who would like to have a storage compartment in the frame for a spare inner tube or other small items.

When to consider a different model?

• If you are looking for a bike that comes with a power meter as standard and uses an even lighter drivetrain; in this case, a higher-spec model within the Addict range is a logical choice.

Not included / still needed or useful:

• Road bike pedals – this bike is supplied without pedals

• Water bottle and bottle cage
• Cycle computer – to track your rides and performance

• Charge the Di2 battery in good time using the supplied charging cable, and check the battery status in the Shimano E-Tube app.
• Check the pressure of your Schwalbe One tyres regularly. With 34 mm tyres, you can ride at a slightly lower pressure for more comfort – try out different pressures.
• Lubricate the chain with a lubricant every now and then, especially after wet rides.
• Have the brakes and headset checked annually by a bike mechanic, especially if you often ride long distances.
