The Equipe RSR S9 Targa is Assos' fastest and lightest bib short; it is perfect for competition riders.
The addition, 'Targa,' refers to the revised version. Its aerodynamics and compression have been improved, and yet so has its comfort. The Equipe RSR S9 Targa bib short dries quickly to prevent getting heavier from your sweating during an effort.
The Equipe RSR S9 Targa bib short is made of Type.701 fabric, which is highly friction-free for more aerodynamics. The fabric does not retain odours easily and also offers UV protection, ideal for your rides in bright sunny weather.
The bib straps in this cycling short have an A-shape to ensure that the seat pad remains comfortable and stable, also during very challenging efforts. The strap itself is made of fast-drying dual-face carbon material.
The leg bands in the Equipe RSR S9 Targa bib short are highly compressive, and the silicone grippers keep the leg panels well in place. The seams have been minimised.

S9 Sundeck seat pad
The Assos Equipe RSR S9 Targa bib short features the S9 Sundeck chamois. With its 9 mm thickness and D Waffle finish, it is a comfortable, lightweight seat pad with a good airflow. Of course, Assos has also applied its goldenGate technology to this chamois to make it float, so to speak, and move along with your movements to prevent chafing.
The Sundeck Superlight panel is made of a soft fabric and eliminates pressure to the soft tissue areas in front. As such, it allows you to assume an aggressive position while cycling. Finally, the Whirlkrater technology ensures an improved airflow to make the chamois provide even better cooling.
