The high fruit content of the Natural Energy Fruit Bar results in an easy to chew energy bar with a delicious fruity flavour. These fruity energy bars contain only natural sugars, and does not contain colourants, preservatives, or other artificial ingredients.
Despite the solely natural ingredients, the Natural Energy Fruit Bar contains a high dosage of carbohydrates per bar: 22 grams. In addition, it contains 75 mg of magnesium per energy bar. Magnesium supports regular muscle function. This makes the PowerBar energy bar very suited for consuming before and during exercise.
