Points forts & points faibles
- The 1.47 inch AMOLED display is the largest Coros has ever produced. With 3,500 nits, it couldn't be easier to read even in direct sunlight, and you can view up to 11 data fields at once.
- This GPS watch offers up to 60 hours’ battery runtime, more than enough for a full Ironman race or a week’s training without a charger.
- The watch offers offline use of world maps with street and trail names, altitude lines and turn-by-turn navigation, so you can find your way without mobile coverage.
- The sapphire glass and TC4 titanium bezel make the screen even more scratch- and impact-resistant.
- Weighing 43 grams (body + nylon wristband), the Pace 4 Pro is very light for a watch with such a large display.
- Weighing 43 grams, the Pace 4 Pro is 11 grams heavier than the Coros Pace 4 (32 grams) model. If your main priority is to have the lightest possible watch, the Pace 4 is the better choice.

The Coros Pace 4 Pro multi-sport watch is designed for runners, triathletes and cyclists who train frequently and don’t want to compromise on their watch's display, battery life or navigation. You get a large, super-clear display with sapphire glass, up to 60 hours of GPS and offline maps, all in a watch just 11.8 mm thick.
Choose the Pace 4 Pro if you often run or cycle on unfamiliar routes, train over long distances or are planning a triathlon. The maps with turn-by-turn navigation and the ultra-long battery really make a difference for such types of use. If, however, you mainly train on familiar routes and want a watch you can barely feel during the day and at night, the Coros Pace 4 model, weighing 32 grams and featuring breadcrumb navigation, is the lighter and more affordable choice.
"Does it come with a charger?" is a question often asked about sports watches. With the Pace 4 Pro, you get a USB-C charging adapter with a keyring, but no cable. For charging you can use a standard USB-C cable that you already have at home.
1.47 inch AMOLED display with sapphire glass
The display has a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and can reach up to 3,500 nits, so you can easily read your pace data and map at all times, even in direct sunlight at high noon. The display automatically adjusts its refresh rate from 60 Hz to 1 Hz – from smooth when you are scrolling through a map to energy-efficient when you are just checking the time. The brightness drops to 2 nits at night, so it doesn’t dazzle you.
Dual-frequency GPS
Amongst tall buildings, in deep valleys or under dense foliage, a standard GPS signal can be significantly inaccurate. Dual-frequency GPS largely compensates for this interference, ensuring your pace and distance remain accurate in such conditions. If you opt for maximum accuracy (MAX GPS), the battery will last up to 40 hours; in standard mode, it will last up to 60 hours.
Fast offline maps
With 32GB of storage, you can carry detailed maps featuring street and trail names, altitude lines and points of interest on your wrist. A faster processor with twice as much RAM as in previous Coros watches ensures that zooming and scrolling are smooth. With Back to Start, you will always find your way back to your starting point.

How to pair the Coros Pace 4 Pro sports watch in 4 steps
- Charge the watch: Click the charging adapter onto the watch and connect it using a USB-C cable.
- Install the Coros app: Download the app onto your phone and create an account.
- Add your watch: Select "New Device" in the app and follow the steps on your display and watch.
- Link your platforms: If you want to link Strava, TrainingPeaks or Komoot, you can do so in the app so that your activities are shared automatically.
If you encounter any problems, you will find the information you need in the quick-start guide included in the box, and in the Coros Pace 4 Pro user manual on the Coros website.
- Before setting off on a trip or running a new route, download the maps you will need at home in the Coros app so you don’t have to rely on your phone en route.
- Want to get the most out of your battery on a long run? Turn off "Always On Display" – in HIGH GPS mode, this saves 15 hours (60 hours instead of 45).
- Wear the watch snugly, a finger’s width above your wrist bone. This prevents the optical sensor from shifting and ensures accurate heart rate readings during (interval) training.
- After swimming in the sea or in a chlorinated swimming pool, give the watch a quick rinse under tap water to keep the buttons and charging contacts clean.
