Amacx Beet Shot

Amacx Beet Shot is ideal for avid athletes looking for a practical product to take before and/or after high-intensity exercise. With beetroot juice, which is rich in nitrate, and additional vitamin C, it is an easy addition to your sports nutrition both after and before exercise.

Nitrate is a nutrient found naturally in vegetables such as red beets. It is popular among athletes because it helps dilate blood vessels, and for other benefits.

Recommended use
Take 1 or 2 Beet Shots 2.5 - 3 hours before exercise.
Tip: Many athletes also use Beet Shot as part of their preparation for a major sporting event. The recommended intake, then, is 1 or 2 bottles a day for 3 - 7 days prior to the event to load up on nitrate.

Recommended dosage
It is recommended not to take more than 2 bottles of Amacx Beet Shot per day.
