Schwalbe Pro One Allroad Addix Race TLR Gravel Tyre

Racing speed and gravel resistance come together in the Schwalbe Pro One Allroad Addix Race TLR all-road bike tyre. Developed for challenging conditions, it combines low rolling resistance with reliable grip on both asphalt and light gravel. While the fast centre tread keeps rolling resistance low on the road, the shoulder tread offers extra control in corners and on wet roads. Thanks to the RACE PRO construction with multiple carcass layers and the widened V-Guard puncture protection layer, the tyre remains resistant to cuts and punctures. The optimised Addix Race rubber compound delivers good traction and durability, and the tubeless-ready construction allows you to further increase grip, comfort and puncture resistance.

Construction and rubber compound
The Pro One Allroad bike tyre is built with the RACE PRO construction, where three carcass layers in the sidewall create a strong and robust structure. This construction increases resistance to cuts and punctures without affecting the tyre's smooth handling. Beneath the tread is the improved and widened V-Guard puncture protection layer made of extremely light and cut-resistant high-tech fibres. This sophisticated material effectively protects the tyre against sharp objects while maintaining its low weight. The optimised ADDIX Race rubber compound consists of a dual compound with a fast centre tread for low rolling resistance and high speed on asphalt while maintaining control on wet and rougher terrain.

Finishes and additional technology
The tyre is tubeless ready (TLR) and can be easily converted for tubeless use with liquid sealant. A tubeless setup reduces rolling resistance while increasing grip and puncture resistance. The tyre is also compatible with hookless rims and, therefore, with many modern wheel sets. The V-Guard protection layer improves the tyre's puncture protection without affecting its performance or significantly increasing its weight. In addition, the tyre is produced using Fair Rubber and recycled soot particles from Schwalbe's own tyre recycling process. This production method reduces CO₂ emissions by around 80% compared to traditionally used industrial soot particles, while maintaining the tyre's properties.
