Effectively seals punctures!
This sealant is designed to effortlessly seal punctures with a diameter up to 7.5 mm. Ride outside without flats, even in winter. Plus, this sealant is designed not to damage carbon, aluminium or rubber products, so you can be sure your wheelset and tyres won't be damaged. To top it all off, this sealant is compatible with CO2 cartridges, so you can use these if you should still get a flat tyre.
Durable repair
The mantel Bio Tyre Sealant contains an aeropolymer, a fibre-shaped polymer with a very low density that closes seals. Thanks to this polymer's fibre structure, it ensures a long-term, reliable seal!
Aeropolymeren
Deze toevoeging zorgt dat de sealant direct reageert zodra lucht door een gaatje ontsnapt: kleine deeltjes klonteren samen op de plek van het lek en dichten het af, tot een diameter van 7,5 mm.
Waarom blijft deze sealant zo lang vloeibaar?
Een groot nadeel van veel tubeless sealants is dat ze na een paar maanden indrogen tot een rubberachtige klomp in je band, waardoor ze hun dichtende werking verliezen en je band uit balans raakt. De formule van deze sealant is erop gericht om minstens 8 maanden vloeibaar te blijven, zodat je minder vaak hoeft te controleren en bij te vullen dan bij een sealant die al na een paar maanden indikt. Volledig indrogen voorkomen lukt geen enkele sealant voor altijd, dus periodiek bijvullen (elke 3 tot 6 maanden) blijft nodig, maar deze sealant geeft je wat meer speling voordat dat moment aanbreekt.
Biologisch afbreekbaar
De formule is ontwikkeld om af te breken in het milieu, in tegenstelling tot sommige sealants die dat niet zijn. Dat is relevant omdat sealant regelmatig gemorst wordt tijdens het monteren of vervangen van een band.

• Fat bike - 150 ml per tyre
- 1x fles Mantel Bio Tyre Sealant, in de door jou gekozen inhoud (125 ml, 2x125 ml, of 1 liter)
- Injectieslang of doseerflesje: dit zit bij geen van de verpakkingen inbegrepen. Wil je via het ventiel bijvullen zonder de band te demonteren, bestel dan een los doseerflesje met slangetje
- Tubeless ventiel, tubeless ready banden en velgen: deze heb je nodig om daadwerkelijk tubeless te kunnen fietsen
1. Install your chosen tubeless valve on the rim of your wheel
2. Fit your Tubeless, Tubeless Easy or Tubeless Ready tyre on the rim
3. Pour the correct amount of sealant into the tyre, or pour it through the valve
4. Inflate your tyre
5. Turn your wheel around a few times to make sure the sealant is distributed throughout the entire tyre
6. Repeat the above process with the other wheel. Then you can hit the road without any worries!

Horrible
Every tiny hole in my outer tyre is leaking sealant. It doesn’t hold any air at all, even after I put 100ml in instead of 40ml.

Not good enough...
The good news is that it sealed a puncture on the way home enough to get home. The bad news is that when I removed a sharp stone from the tyre at home and the tyre started leaking again, there was no way I could get it to seal again. Wheel turned so that the leak was at the bottom, tyre set to a very low pressure, it kept sputtering.

Reliable product at a good price
Good purchase. I have only been riding tubeless for 1.5 years. This is the 3rd brand I am testing and am definitely satisfied. Rode more than 2000 km on it in the meantime. The sealant works well: good seal at holes, bike frame does not get sprayed much if at all. For me it worked much better than the Continental Revo Sealant. I ride on 32mm-rac tyres at 3.5 to 4.0 bar. No real downsides to give. Only, I confirm that it is difficult to modulate with a 1l bottle. Nothing insurmountable. I poured this over into Continental's smaller bottle. Could also be done with a 20 or 50ml syringe. To be bought at the drugstore or pharmacy for a few EUR. It's on my list because it will probably be easier to refill via valve. I will test some other brands, but this one is fine.

Sealt a mountain costs a bit!
I had this sealant during the AGR tour, apparently punctured somewhere but didn't notice anything. The sealant did its job perfectly

better occasionally pay more expensively for an "A" brand
To my regret, I thought I had made a bargain. Unfortunately, it had failed to seal the small hole in my tyre. So in the end there was sealant everywhere on the down tube of my frame, mixed with the dust.... And I could scrape and scrub it off afterwards.
