* Mantel uses PostNL for the delivery of your order. Delays do occur sometimes, which may mean that your parcel cannot be delivered the next day. With the Track & Trace data you receive from us by email, you can see what the delivery status of your parcel is. ** It is possible that a delivery day is already full. In that case, choose the next convenient delivery day. |
Bike Delivery
- After you've placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with which you can start planning the delivery of your bike.
- PostNL Extra@home delivers from Monday to Saturday. This is with the exception of the postal code areas 6000 to 6999. Within these postcode areas, Extra@home delivers on Monday to Friday.
- As soon as your bike is ready for shipment, you will receive an invoice by email containing the Track & Trace data. This will allow you to track the shipment of your bike. On the delivery day, a three hour delivery time slot will be visible in the Track & Trace information. PostNL Extra@home can also send you a text message in the morning.
- On the agreed day, the PostNL Extra@home deliverer will deliver the bike and prepares it for your first ride. This free assembly service is offered on all bikes from 24 inches or larger.
- Sports bikes are delivered without pedals.
- Did you also order parts or accessories? We will ship them as soon as your bike is ready for shipment. You will receive an email containing the shipping information and Track & Trace details as soon as we ship your order.
In addition to the order confirmation you will receive a scheduling email. In this email you can schedule the day you want to pick up your bike in our store.
Keep a close eye on your inbox! If you ordered a bike, you can pick it up at the same time as the other parts or accessories you've ordered. We can not pre-assemble these on your bike.
Orders that do not include a bike
Place your order Monday through Friday before 22:00, and you can pick it up at the store the next day. Your orders will be available from 12:00. On Mondays you can collect you order from 13:00.
Cancel and return
Are you not as excited about the product now that you've seen it in person at the store? No problem, it is possible to cancel your order when you come for pickup. After processing your cancellation, the amount to be refunded will appear within 3 working days on the payment method used to pay for your order.

Pickup at PostNL
- You can pick up your package the next business day from 3:00 pm.
Orders places on Friday after 22:00 or on Saturday or Sunday are available for collection on Monday from 15:00. - Your parcel will be held at the pickup point for one week. After that, PostNL will send it back to us.
- In the shipping confirmation you will see how many parcels you can pick up.
- You can only collect your order yourself. Make sure to bring proof of identity when collecting your order.
Exceptions
Large products, such as bikes, cannot be collected from a PostNL location. However, you can collect these from one of our stores.
Have you moved or would you like your order to be delivered to a different address? You can easily change your address in your Mantel account.
Have you already placed an order? Then quickly call our customer service. We will then check if we can still change the address for your order.
You can track your order using the PostNL Track & Trace service. Click here to go to the PostNL website and fill in the tracking number. You will find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation we sent you by email.
