Order
Every day, we compare our prices with those of our competitors. That way, we make sure you never pay too much for bikes or clothes. Found a better price somewhere else? Then we offer the product for the same price.
The fine print- It is a product from the Bikes or Clothing category.
- The product has the same size, model year, specifications and colour.
- The product is sold by a Belgian brand dealer (including warranty).
- The product is in stock. You can take it home immediately or it will be delivered to your home the next day.
- The price guarantee is given on the selling price, without shipping costs or other services.
Still found a lower price on bikes or clothing somewhere else? Click on 'Lowest price guarantee' under the order button and fill in the details. Our customer service will check the details you left and contact you to finalise your order.
If we reduce the price within 30 days of purchase, we'll give you a gift card worth the difference.
We can modify and/or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been packed and shipped yet. Get in touch with our customer service as quickly as possible: 059-280138.
Has your order already been packed and shipped? Then you can refuse the package personally at the door or return it after receipt. Orders that have been sent to pickup points will be returned to us after two weeks. We cannot speed up this process.
We’ll process your order as a return and refund the purchase value.
The current stock is displayed below the order button. If it is not listed, you first need to choose the product version (colour, size, etc.). As soon as these specifications are selected, the current stock of the product appears under the button. This means that we have that version of the product in stock in our warehouse.
Sometimes a product is (temporarily) out of stock. View what each order status means below.
- Stock notification
The product is out of stock. Leave your email address and you will receive an email as soon as the product is in stock. Registration for stock notification is not a reservation - Temporarily unavailable
The product is not in stock. The product has not yet been ordered by our purchase team, therefore you can not (yet) register for the stock notification. - Discontinued
The product is sold out and we do not get this product back in stock. We can no longer order this product for you.
Bikes, stock and estimated delivery times
We do not have all bikes in stock at our warehouse.
Below the order button you will see if that particular bike is in stock in one of our Superstores, or an estimate of how long it will take for the manufacturer to deliver it to our warehouse.
It is not possible to reserve products online or in our stores.
What can I do, then?
You can check online whether a product is in stock online and/or in one of our stores, and then plan a trip to our store.
If you want to be a 100 per cent sure that the product is still available when you come to the store. You can order the product online and pick it up in one of our Superstores. You can then take a better look at the product and make sure that it is the right one for you.
Our order process consists of five simple steps. Your order won’t be placed until the final step, so you can always go back a step if you want to change something.

After completing the payment you’ll receive a confirmation of your order via email
