Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- The flexible latex material reduces friction between the inner tube and tyre and, therefore, also reduces rolling resistance.
- Compared to a butyl inner tube, a latex tube saves you a lot of weight.
- Latex offers good puncture protection thanks to the material's flexibility.
- As a latex inner tube is more porous than a butyl inner tube, you will need to reinflate a latex inner tube more often.

Undeniable gains in comfort
My opinion after 3 outings of 90 km in combination with GP5000 25 mm. If you want a new bike for 25 euros, buy these inner tubes. The gain in comfort is undeniable. Really amazing. It even feels better than the tubeless on my gravel bike. The tubes are 'pre-tuned' and very easy to fit. Don't be afraid and take your time Weight level: we're talking about 85g, so we're "only" gaining about thirty grams on butyls. I wouldn't go so far as to say that you gain a lot in terms of performance, but you do gain in terms of comfort. I was worried about losing too much pressure over the course of the day, but nope. I'll have to wait and see how long they last, but for the moment I'm 100% satisfied with them and would really recommend them to anyone looking for comfort.

No tubeless for me.
Been riding with latex inner tubes on the road bike for years. Rarely punctures. Ride smoothly and are light.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Puncture-resistant and low rolling resistance.
I find the ride combined with the Grand prix 5000 sublime. The tyres really ride very comfortably and also feeling of going faster on these inners and I only ride flat once on 7000km on average. Only downside is that you need to get in the habit of inflating the tyres before every ride. After some standing still, you easily lose 1 to 3 bar. Due to the frequent pumping, the valve dares to break off if you are clumsy, so some caution is recommended.
Pros & Cons

robust and durable
this is one of the best performing latex inner tubes. Maybe it is slightly heavier than the competition but at least it lasts longer, especially around the valve. Much better option for race fast tyres than tubeless in my opinion. Don't forget to use talcum powder.
