DPD return label

We can provide you with a DPD return label (not available for Ireland). When registering your return, select the DPD option. Please refer to the table above for the associated shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. After registering your return, you will receive a confirmation email with the return label attached.

You can choose to return parts and accessories with a different shipping company if you prefer. Please note that in this case, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Products bought from Mantel can be returned within 30 days.

• Register your return online within 30 days after purchase.
• Choose which product you wish to return.
• Select the shipping method. You can choose from:
• DPD return label (not available for Ireland). You’ll receive the DPD shipping label via email. Print this label and stick it on the box.
• Carrier of your choice. In this case, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• Return the complete and undamaged product in the original and undamaged packaging.
• Package the product carefully, by reusing our shipping box for example. Never only use the original product packaging. Make sure to cover our original shipping label when reusing our shipping box.
• Drop off your parcel at your carrier's collection point

Which products cannot be returned within 30 days?

• Returning an item is possible up until 30 days from the date mentioned on the purchase invoice;
• The product is complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging;
• When the return concerns a combined deal or a bundled product, for example a wheelset with free tyres, it’s only possible to return the complete combined deal or bundle.
• ‘30-day satisfaction guarantee’: products that qualify for this can be returned within 30 days after purchase, even if you’ve used and tested the product. You’ll receive the purchase value minus the return shipping costs. This is only valid for products of which the product page mentions ‘30-day satisfaction guarantee’

• Items or products with signs of usage or mounting;
• Items or products with missing or damaged original packaging;
• Products with software of which the seal has been broken;
• GPS devices that have been registered or used;
• Clothing that has been washed or shows signs of use;
• Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons;
• Products that have been registered to your name in the Dutch RDW register (e.g. speed pedelecs);
• Products that are clearly personal in nature;
• Products that spoil or age quickly;
• Products that are custom made for you (e.g. Trek Project One).

We do not exchange products. We want to ensure you receive a product as quickly as possible. To make this possible, you can instead return a product and place a new order for the right product immediately.

We will refund you the purchase price minus the return shipping costs within 3 working days after having processed your return.
