Superlite aluminium frame - comfortable and sporty
Cube has made this hybrid touring bike as lightweight as possible by using their Superlite aluminium technique, whereby the tubes have thick walls where they need to be thick and thin walls where they can be thin. The rider has an active sitting position, which is a perfect balance between sporty and comfortable. The suspension fork makes every ride very comfortable. For extra tight steering the lockout on the front fork can be used. The tyres are no less than 47 mm wide to further increase the bike's comfort and improve its handling.

High-quality brakes and gears
To be able to make full use of the sporty character of this hybrid bike, you have no less than 27 gears at your disposal. That should be plenty to make your wildest cycling dreams come true! And with the hydraulic disc brakes on the Touring EXC you will always have sufficient braking power. Even when the weather conditions are less favourable, the braking performance will not diminish.

Practical accessories for everyday use
The versatility of the Cube Touring EXC becomes particularly apparent when you consider the accessories with which it is equipped. Maintenance of gear parts and brakes
We recommend a regular cleaning of the chain and derailleur for optimum durability and efficiency. As for the hydraulic disc brakes, we recommend cleaning those hardly ever, as contamination with grease and detergents may impair braking performance. If you do want to clean the brake discs, we recommend doing so with a dry paper towel. Try not to touch the discs with your fingers.

Tyre pressure
Having the right tyre pressure is important. The wrong tyre pressure may cause a flat tyre, more wear, rim damage when the pressure is low, and uncomfortable handling. For most hybrid bikes, tyre pressure is between 3.5 and 6 bar. The recommended pressure for your tyres should be printed on their sidewall.

General maintenance tip
While you can do a lot of maintenance work yourself, it may be wise to have it checked by a bike mechanic.
