The Vittoria Corsa G2 TLR is equipped with the Graphene 2.0 compound. With this compound, Vittoria was able to raise the bar in regards to performance. The rubber composition of the Vittoria Corsa G2 TLR tyre is made up of 4 different compounds. The compounds are applied to one spot in the tyre, where the compounds can do their best work. The Vittoria Corsa G2 TLR outer tyre has a harder compound at the centre of the tread for a low rolling resistance, and a softer compound on the flanks for a very high grip in the bends. This creates a perfect balance between rolling resistance, grip, braking performance, durability and puncture resistance. To date, Vittoria is the only racing tyre manufacturer to incorporate 4 different compounds in one tyre.
The Vittoria Corsa G2 TLR's carcass is made of cotton. The carcass' great flexibility ensures an optimised contact surface with the road. The improved contact surface reduces rolling resistance and ensures a very strong grip on (wet) roads. Vittoria's outer tyres are immensely popular among professionals. You'll see these tyres in the Tour de France, Giro d'Italia, Vuelta, classics and various championships. It's no secret that many pro riders opt for the quality of Vittoria.

Good all-around tires!
These tires were a little harder to fit as my previous continental but roll much smoother on the road and have more grip in the corners!
Pros & Cons

Good tires, good price, good business!
For years I have been driving this. I don't want anything else
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Tyre worn out after six months after which no warranty was possible.
Very nice tyre that rides pleasantly. However, after six months (1500 km ridden) cracks at the sidewall of the tyre. This made the white inner lining of the tyre visible. Mantel stated that the tyre had dried out due to improper storage, while the bike was always stored in an enclosed space (protected from the elements). So no warranty was given on it either. Tyre has a ridiculous price (50 euros per tyre) when it will last less than six months. Poor service.
Pros & Cons

Quick leak
Ridden on these tyres in 28mm for several weeks. Multiple punctures. Checked the tyres after a ride and picked out several sharp pebbles/pebbles. Quickly changed them again so they are hanging in the shed. Swapped for GP5000 tyres, these have now been used for several weeks and have not yet been punctured. Two stars because they have very good grip, but in my opinion this is of little use when they are punctured regularly...
