Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- With its unique formula, the Cyclon Tyre Sealant can seal punctures of up to 6 mm.
- Undiluted, this sealant can be used for high-pressure tubeless tyres like those on road and gravel bikes.
- Diluted with water, this sealant can also be used with tyres that have a lower tyre pressure!
- This sealant works in different temperatures and different altitudes.
- You'll need ca. 2x 60ml for 29 inch MTB tyres, and ca 1x 60ml for two road bike tyres.
- CyclOn Tyre Sealant is very thick and does not spread quickly. It can be a challenge to make a porous tyre to be airtight.
- Sealant has to be topped up every 3-6 months to guarantee its reliability. It's not unwise to stock up.

Very good tyre sealing and puncture resistance.
The Tyre Sealant is a thick liquid with small grains to help seal punctures. Plus, the sealant in the tyre lasts for about 1000km, and we recommend topping it up every 3-5 months (or 1200km).
Environmentally conscious choice!
The CyclOn Tyre Sealant is ammonia-free and biodegradable. So it's an environmentally-conscious choice as well.
Road bike – 60-70 ml per tyre
Gravel bike – 90 ml per tyre
MTB high pressure (over 2 Bar), see directions for use - 90-120 ml per tyre
MTB lage druk (onder 2 Bar) , see directions for use - 120 ml per tyre.
Beach Bike (below 1 Bar), see directions for use - 120 ml per tyre
Usage advice for tyres at low pressure.
For optimal performance and fast sealing, tyre sealant should be diluted with water in situations of low tyre pressure. This optimises the distribution of the sealant in the tyre. Advice:
Above 2 Bar; undiluted
Below 2 bar; dilute with 10% water
Below 1 bar; dilute with 15% water

Seals holes well and fills via valve
Does what it needs to do. Had 2 holes that were quickly plugged. Also an advantage that you can fill through the valve. With my old Stan's Tube you couldn't because of the thick lumps

Top product
Easy to use and does what it is supposed to do, plug holes

Effective, environmentally-friendly product, but packaging could be improved
The product is perfect. It does the job and seals holes even in wet conditions. It's claimed to be biodegradable, which is a plus in my book. I was impressed by the thin tip. It fits easily into a presta valve (without the obus) or between the rim and the tubeless tyre, just a little apart. Unfortunately it's fragile and broke on the 2nd use :( So the container isn't really reusable if you buy a larger volume of liquid.
