Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- Stays liquid for a long time: 2 to 7 months depending on the circumstances.
- You'll need about 120 ml latex per tyre for 29 inch MTB tyres, and about 60 ml for road bike tyres.
- This Race Day Sealant remains fluid for months, and can withstand temperatures as low as 35 degrees Celsius.
- The Race Day variant has a shorter lifespan than the Original variant, but is more effective when it comes to sealing punctures!
- Sealant has to be topped up every 3-6 months to guarantee its reliability. Stocking up isn't unwise!

Great product
You can't suck it up with syringe which makes filling through valve impossible

Just top stuff
Been using it for years and is the best latex for me!

Top stuff
After previous bad experience with Squirt Beadblock, I ended up with this latex on the recommendation of a friend. Where Squirt sealed my leak with no possibility, it was no problem for stan's race Sealeant.
Pros & Cons
3 / 5
Good seal but awkward (haven't had any punctures yet)
I was used to using Schwalbe DocBlue, which I can apply through the valve (inner valve has to come out, of course, and you can use from a bottle or syringe). That won't work with this sealant because it's full of bits/ chunks so you're immediately stuck with blockages. Pouring directly into the tire and then continuing to mount is the only option. That's okay the first time, but less convenient when I need to refill once....
