With these XLC Ergo GR-S22 grips, you will cycle a lot more comfortably. They have an ergonomic design to help prevent discomfort in your hands during cycling. The grips are easy to install; simply slide them onto the ends of the handlebars, tighten them with an Allen key, and you're good to go. Please note that these grips are compatible with bikes with a Nexus gear system!

Because these grips have a large surface area, they reduce the pressure on your hand nerves and wrists.
