Which cassette will I need for my turbo trainer?
You'll need the same type of cassette for your turbo trainer as you have on your bike, in order to be able to shift smoothly. Do make sure that this cassette also fits your turbo trainer. To determine this, have a look at the cassette's brand and the amount of gears. Does your bike have a Shimano or SRAM cassette, and one that has between 8 and 12 gears? Then your cassette is compatible with this bike trainer. Depending on your cassette, you'll have to fit a number of spaces on your trainer's freehub body. Do you have a 12-speed SRAM cassette? Then you'll have to fit this SRAM XD/XD-R freehub body on your turbo trainer first.

Is my bike suitable for the Wahoo KICKR Move?
A lot of bikes are compatible with the Wahoo KICKR Move. Whether your bike is one of them depends on the mounting width of your bike's rear axle. That's because the trainer is inserted in your frame at that axle. If your have a road bike or MTB with a Shimano (7 to 11 speed), SRAM (7 to 12 speed) or Campagnolo (10 to 12 speed) groupset, with a common axle size (12x142 or 12x148 thru axle or a 10x135 quick release spanner), your bike will most likely fit on the Wahoo KICKR. The only thing that might be an issue is your bike's frame, which gets in the way of the trainer on some bikes. Wahoo has done its best to make a list of bikes that are incompatible with the KICKR, which means that the bikes listed below are known to be incompatible with this turbo trainer. Wahoo hasn't checked every bike that exists, so it's always smart to double check whether your bike fits. If you can't figure it out, you can always contact our customer service department.

What's the difference between the Wahoo Kickr V6 and the Kickr Move?
The Wahoo Kickr Move and the Wahoo V6 are similar in terms of properties. Both trainers have the same power. The major difference between these trainers is how much they can move. The Kickr Move will move along with you a lot more, giving you a more realistic cycling experience, which the V6 will only simulate minor lateral movements.

Is the Wahoo Kickr Move compatible with Zwift or other training programs?
Yes, certainly! The Wahoo Kickr Move can be paired with your laptop, tablet or smartphone using ANT+, ANT+ FE-C or Bluetooth Smart. This allows you to easily train via Zwift, MyWhoosh or other third party apps. The included speed sensor, cadence sensor and power sensor measure your performance and upload your data to the software.

Do I need adapters to use the Wahoo Kickr Move?
The Kickr Move comes with adapters for 130 and 135 mm quick release skewers, as well as adapters for 12x142 mm and 12x148 mm thru axles. You can use these in combination with your bike's thru axle or quick release skewer.
