The upper part of the shoe is made of a combination of synthetic leather and mesh, resulting in excellent ventilation and a comfortable fit. The shoe is especially designed to follow the natural shape of women's feet.
Power transfer
The lightweight, glass-fibre-reinforced nylon sole ensures efficient power transfer to your pedals. The Shimano Dynalast technology, integrated in the sole, encourages a natural foot position during the entire pedal stroke, reducing fatigue and increasing power.

The RC302 W has been manufactured in a more sustainable way, with a mesh upper part and midsole made of 36% recycled material. The shoe is also equipped with Silvadur® technology, which provides a lasting, fresh scent.
