The Shimano RC302 W road cycling shoes are designed for cyclists who want to combine efficiency and comfort. Thanks to their breathable upper part and perfect fit, these shoes provide excellent ventilation and stability. The glass-fibre-reinforced nylon sole ensures a balanced power transfer, while the BOA closure system enables fast, precise adjustments, even while you're cycling. Fit and comfort
The RC302 W shoes come with a BOA® Fit System with L6 dial closure, which means you can quickly and precisely finetune these shoes to fit your feet. The upper part of the shoe is made of a combination of synthetic leather and mesh, resulting in excellent ventilation and a comfortable fit. The shoe is especially designed to follow the natural shape of women's feet.
Power transfer
The lightweight, glass-fibre-reinforced nylon sole ensures efficient power transfer to your pedals. The Shimano Dynalast technology, integrated in the sole, encourages a natural foot position during the entire pedal stroke, reducing fatigue and increasing power.
Extras
The RC302 W has been manufactured in a more sustainable way, with a mesh upper part and midsole made of 36% recycled material. The shoe is also equipped with Silvadur® technology, which provides a lasting, fresh scent. The integrated, seamless design of these shoes also reduces the chance of irritations and results in a snug, comfortable fit.
