Schwalbe DV16 inner tube.
Aside from the quality of the components, the purity of the compound distinguishes the quality of the inner tube. The coarse material is therefore pressed through seven filters with enormous pressure for extraction. All inner tubes are placed in a mould and inflated before vulcanisation. This procedure is the only way to ensure even sidewall strength and long-term airtightness.
