De Gazelle Heavy Duty 3 is een betrouwbare transportfiets die ondanks z’n solide uitvoering lekker licht trapt en stuurt. Dit heeft de Heavy Duty mede te danken aan de wat bredere banden en de geometrie van het frame. Door geometrie en stabiliteit ook uitstekend geschikt voor zware belading.
Een Shimano Nexus 3 versnellingsnaaf voorziet de fiets van de juiste versnellingen. Deze fiets is standaard uitgevoerd met een voor- en achterdrager. Samen met de dubbele standaard, stuurslot, naaf dynamo maakt het dat dit model een van de meest complete transportfietsen uit het assortiment bij Gazelle.
