Material and construction
The casing of the Venu 4 is made of stainless steel and glass-fibre-reinforced polymer. The AMOLED display has increased brightness for good readability, and is protected by Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3. A stainless steel trim and a replaceable 22 mm wrist band with quick-release buckle complete the design.
Sophisticated health and sports features
The Venu 4 features the Garmin ECG app to check for signs of atrial fibrillation (irregular heart rhythm), and offers detailed sleep tracking features such as Sleep Alignment for insight into your circadian rhythms (or 24-hour cycle). The Health Status feature monitors abnormalities in health data. For sports analytics, the full Training Load suite and Training Readiness are integrated, providing data on training effectiveness and recovery. Multiband GPS improves location accuracy. Practical additions include the LED flashlight, the phone call option (if the watch is paired with your smartphone), and voice assistant.
