Garmin Forerunner 570

The Garmin Forerunner 570 is a powerful AMOLED GPS smartwatch that brings performance, insight and ease of use together in one stylish design. With a bright always-on display, comprehensive training functions and a lightweight yet robust body, it supports every stage of your athletic development. Available in two sizes: medium (42 mm) and large (47 mm).

Materials and construction
The Forerunner 570 smartwatch is available in two sizes: a compact 42 mm version and a larger 47 mm version with a 1.4 inch AMOLED display (454 x 454 pixels). The 42 mm version fits 115 to 178 mm wrist circumferences and the 47 mm version fits 135 to 205 mm wrist circumferences. Both models have a scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass 3 screen and a lightweight aluminium bezel. The casing is made of fibre-reinforced polymer, which provides strength without adding weight. With a silicone quick-release strap, water resistance up to 5 ATM and a comfortable fit, the watch offers excellent wearability. Battery life runs up to 11 days in smartwatch mode and up to 18 hours in GPS mode, depending on size and usage settings.

Functionality and finish
The Forerunner 570 is packed with sophisticated features that will take your training to the next level. SatIQ™ and multi-band GPS ensure extremely accurate geographical positioning, and features such as PacePro™, VO2 Max, HRV status, Running Power and lactate threshold provide in-depth performance insights. Garmin Coach lets you create a dynamic customised training plan, fully tailored to your goals. The smartwatch automatically detects sport changes during multi-sport activities, and offers more than 30 built-in sport profiles. Additional features such as voice control, Bluetooth calling, Spotify music streaming, Garmin Pay™, smart notifications and Red Shift Mode make the watch suitable for training as well as everyday use. Use Morning Report, stress measurement, Body Battery™ and health monitoring to stay well balanced throughout the day.

Compatibility and application
The Forerunner 570 is designed for fanatical sports applications, such as running, cycling, triathlons, HIIT and swimming. The 42 mm version has a 1.2 inch screen (390 x 390 px) and the 47 mm version has a larger 1.4 inch screen (454 x 454 px). Both models have touch as well as button controls and pair effortlessly with external sensors via Bluetooth, ANT+ and WiFi. The watches work with the Garmin Connect™ and Connect IQ™ apps on both Android and iOS devices and support features such as LiveTrack, Garmin Messenger™ and downloading additional training data, apps and dials.
