Bosch CX motor with ABS

The Bosch Performance Line CX motor delivers up to 85 Nm of torque and is paired with a built-in anti-lock braking system (ABS), alongside Shimano 4-piston hydraulic brakes. This prevents the front wheel from locking up when braking hard, for even more grip and control, particularly on wet or slippery roads.

Enviolo Automatiq hub gears

The Enviolo Trekking hub with Automatiq function shifts gears continuously in response to your pedalling cadence. This means you don’t have to change gears yourself - the system automatically adapts the gear ratio to your speed and effort.

Kiox 500 display

The Kiox 500 display gives you comprehensive ride data in colour and is operated with a separate LED remote control on the handlebars.

Gates belt drive

Instead of a chain, this Cube e-bike uses a Gates belt, which never needs lubricating and is very clean (it will not leave grease or oil stains on your trousers), and will last much longer than a traditional chain.

Compatible with:

• ACID panniers and accessories compatible with the SIC 2.1 luggage rack;
• An HIC front rack via the front HIC interface;
• Compatible fork accessories via the 50 mm BB mount.

Not compatible with:

• Luggage racks or bags without a CUBE adapter - these will not fit properly on the semi-integrated SIC 2.1 luggage rack;
• Chain accessories such as a chain lock around the rear wheel - this bike has a belt drive, not a chain;
• Additional luggage that exceeds the maximum system weight of 110 kg (rider + luggage).

Not included / still required or useful:

• ACID panniers compatible with the SIC 2.1 luggage rack, if you frequently carry shopping or other luggage

• Top up the PowerTube battery a little after every ride. This is better for its lifespan than letting it run completely flat every time.
• Clean the belt occasionally with water and a brush; oil or lube is not necessary and is actually not good for the Gates belt.
• Check the pressure of the Schwalbe Marathon tyres regularly for optimal grip and reduced rolling resistance.
• Clean the motor and bike frame with a bike cleaner, without using a high-pressure hose directly on the motor housing.
