Description
With the DT Swiss Upgrade Kit 240S 54T SL you can adapt your DT Swiss 240S, 350 or 180 rear hub to an improved engagement. This means that the delay when the freehub reacts is reduced when you accelerate. This will get the wheel going more quickly. The upgrade kit can be mounted on the freehub without tools. Better engagement, more noise
- Sander 5 March 2022
Switched from an 18T ratchet to this 54T. The better engagement is definitely noticeable and a lot more pleasant than 18T. The sound is very loud, definitely bold but sometimes a tad irritating.
