What can you expect from Mantel?
- After your return is processed, you’ll receive a refund within 3 working days on the original payment method used. For more info, read our refund policy.
- Sometimes, the Track & Trace information shows we’ve received your return, but you haven’t received an email confirmation yet. We strive to process your return within 48 hours. This excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
- We cannot accept returned products with visible traces of usage, missing parts or a missing / damaged original packaging. In these cases, we’ll send the product back to you.

UPS return label
When registering your return, the UPS option will become visible. After registering your return, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with the return label attached.
The amount will be deducted from the refundable amount and won’t have to be paid for in advance. Naturally, if you have to return the product because of a mistake on our end, we’ll pay for the return and won’t deduct this from your refund.
Products bought from Mantel can be returned within 30 days.
Registering online- Register your return online within 30 days after purchase.
- Select which product you wish to return.
- Select the UPS shipping label.
- Return the complete and undamaged product in the original and undamaged packaging.
- Package the product carefully, by reusing our shipping box for example. Never only use the original product packaging.
- You will receive the UPS shipping label via email. Print this label and stick it on the box. Make sure to cover our original shipping label when reusing our shipping box.
- You will also receive a commercial return invoice in the same email. Print and sign all 3 copies of the commercial return invoice and stick them on the outside of the box in an unsealed envelope.*
- Drop off your parcel at a UPS Access Point near you.
Which products cannot be returned within 30 days?
Why can't I return with another carrier?
Officially, as a customer, you have to export these goods to the Netherlands with all that comes with it. If you use the return label and return invoice we provide, we will arrange all this for you. As such we do not accept parcels from other carriers. They will be shipped back to the senders.

Conditions:
- Returning an item is possible up until 30 days from the date mentioned on the purchase invoice;
- The product is complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging;
- When the return concerns a combined deal or a bundled product, for example a wheelset with free tyres, it’s only possible to return the complete combined deal or bundle;
- ‘30-day satisfaction guarantee’: products that qualify for this can be returned within 30 days after purchase, even if you’ve used and tested the product. You’ll receive the purchase value minus the return shipping costs. This is only valid for products of which the product page mentions ‘30-day satisfaction guarantee’
- Items or products with signs of usage or mounting;
- Items or products with missing or damaged original packaging;
- Products with software of which the seal has been broken;
- GPS devices that have been registered or used;
- Clothing that has been washed or shows signs of use;
- Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons;
- Products that have been registered to your name;
- Products that are clearly personal in nature;
- Products that spoil or age quickly;
- Products that are custom made for you (e.g. Trek Project One).
