Delivery to addresses, regions or territories outside the European Union is not possible. This also applies to regions/territories which are part of or have a relationship with a member state of the European Union.

Pickup from UPS

  • After finishing up your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link.
  • This link shows where currently is and how many packages will be waiting for you.
  • You can only personally pick up your order.
  • Bring your ID when picking up your delivery.

Did you move or would you like your order to be delivered to a different address? You can easily edit your address in your Mantel account.

Already placed your order? Quickly give our customer service a call. If your parcel isn’t ready to be shipped yet, we can still change your address.

You can track your delivery via UPS’s Track & Trace service. We’ll send a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number. Click this number to view where your parcel currently is.

You can also find the tracking number in your account under the respective order.

During public holidays, delivery generally has a delay of one working day. In exceptional cases, your parcel can be delayed even further. You can track your delivery by using the track & trace information you received in your confirmation email.

If UPS is unable to deliver your order on the first go, there are a number of options. UPS can deliver the parcel to the neighbours or they can send it to the nearest UPS Access Point. You can pick up your parcel there. Your parcel will be held for 10 days. After that your parcel will be sent back to Mantel.

If there is no UPS Access Point near you, UPS will try to deliver your parcel the next day. If you are not at home for the second attempt, your parcel will be sent to a UPS depot. You can then arrange an alternative delivery for an additional fee, where you can specify the day and an alternative address if necessary.

Using UPS my Choice you can select your preferred delivery time and location prior to the first delivery attempt.
