Pickup from DPD

  • After finishing up your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link.
  • This link shows where currently is and how many packages will be waiting for you.
  • You can only personally pick up your order.
  • Bring your ID when picking up your delivery.

Did you move or would you like your order to be delivered to a different address? You can easily edit your address in your Mantel account.

Already placed your order? Quickly give our customer service a call. If your parcel isn’t ready to be shipped yet, we can still change your address.

You can track your delivery via DPD’s Track & Trace service. We’ll send a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number. Click this number to view where your parcel currently is.

You can also find the tracking number in your account under the respective order.

During public holidays, delivery generally takes place a day later. In exceptional cases, your parcel can be delayed. You can track your delivery using the track & trace information.

When DPD is unable to deliver your parcel the first time, they will try again the next day. If possible, they will deliver your parcel at your neighbours. After the first and second attempt you have the option to arrange a free alternative delivery online. To apply for a third delivery attempt, an alternative delivery option needs to be selected. If no alternative delivery option is chosen within 5 days, the parcel will be returned to Mantel. If you choose to have the parcel delivered at a pickup point, the parcel will be stored at the pickup point for 5 days. After these 5 days, the parcel will be returned to Mantel.
