If UPS is unable to deliver your order on the first go, there are a number of options. UPS can deliver the parcel to the neighbours or they can send it to the nearest UPS Access Point. You can pick up your parcel there. Your parcel will be held for 10 days. After that your parcel will be sent back to Mantel.
If there is no UPS Access Point near you, UPS will try to deliver your parcel the next day. If you are not at home for the second attempt, your parcel will be sent to a UPS depot. You can then arrange an alternative delivery for an additional fee, where you can specify the day and an alternative address if necessary.
Using UPS my Choice you can select your preferred delivery time and location prior to the first delivery attempt.
