Tubeless Insert Kit
The Lezyne Tubeless Insert Kit allows you to repair a hole in a mountain bike tyre that is too big for the sealant alone. The insert is made from aluminium and doubles up as a handle. The needle itself is made of durable steel and contains a reamer. This allows you to even out the hole in the mountain bike tyre before you plug it. Five plugs are included. In short, this little tool will have you back on the road in no time!

Tool Insert Kit
The Tool Insert Kit is a handy multitool with 11 different functions, including socket, Torx and Phillips. These heads are made of hardened steel and are easily secured at the top of the tool by a strong magnet. This allows you to easily tighten all kinds of things on the go or make small repairs. Pairing a tubeless tyre.
• First find the hole in the tyre, then make sure it is clean. This means removing the cause of the puncture such as a sharp stone, a nail or a piece of glass.
• Then insert the needle without a plug into the hole. With the reamer, you can make the hole smooth and round by rubbing back and forth.
• Remove the tool and put the lure in the eye of the needle. Make sure that the plug has the same length at both sides.
• Then push the needle back into the hole. Turn the tool clockwise a couple of times so that the lure is well turned in the hole.
• Remove the needle. You may need to use your fingers to hold the lure back so that it stays in place.
• Finally, you only need to inflate the tyre!
