The 302 rims, like all Carbon Clinchers, are made in Indianapolis. Since the start of Zipp in 1988, Zipp has chosen to assemble its carbon rims here for one reason: Accuracy and full control over the manufacturing process from start to finish, and like all other Zipp carbon clinchers, the 302 offers high reliability. Since the birth of the Zipp Carbon Clincher in 2010, Zipp has never gotten back a brake related warranty product. The 45mm rim depth offers aero-advantages with high stability, but the 302 remains a wheel for all terrain and wind conditions.

The 302 also has the same rim design as the other Zipp carbon clinchers to make removal and installation of the tyres as easy as possible.
