Top product.
The original quick release strap popped out of mounting eye. With the hook, this is no longer possible. Really nice!!!

Nothing to complain about
I have now used the product once and have had it for a month. It seems nicer to me than panniers and t also looks nicer. For the one time I used it, the straps were sufficient.
