The Trek X-Caliber 9 has a clever construction. It is a lot of bike for a competitive price. The Trek X-Caliber now has a mix of Shimano components and even an XT rear derailleur for less than 1000 euros. Trek’s extensive experience with hardtail cross-country (XC) was put to good use in the X-Caliber. This results in an incredibly lightweight aluminium frame, with extra attention to the finish.
