Are you looking for an e-MTB that has everything you expect from a high quality mountain bike, and also has a very powerful engine? Then the Trek Rail 7 is the right choice for you!
The basis of this mountain bike is an aluminium frame with a fully integrated battery. The fork is specially optimised for electric mountain bikes. In addition, the bike features solid frame technology such as a stiff down tube and Active Braking Pivot. If you want to adjust the saddle height for a descent, for example, you can do so easily thanks to the Dropper seat post.
The Rail 7 is easy to control on rough trails thanks to the high-quality RockShox Domain RC fork and Deluxe Select + damper with respectively 160 and 150 mm of travel.
Powerful Support
Support is provided by the Bosch Performance Line CX mid-motor. The mid-motor gives you the support you need in a smooth and natural way. With a torque of 85Nm, it's powerful enough to get you up the steepest hills with ease. The motor is operated with the Purion display. This display shows the basic data very well and is easy to operate.
Smooth shifting and braking
The nice Shimano SLX/XT groupset is responsible for shifting. With 12 gears at your disposal, you have a huge range to choose from. Even the steepest gradients are no problem with this range of gears. This bike is equipped with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. Hydraulic disc brakes give this e-MTB enormous braking power. Even in bad weather conditions, you can be sure that the hydraulic disc brakes will stop your bike swiftly.

Bike worth its money !!!
Blessed bike. Coming from a Felt Redemption 50 and is a completely different experience. The Bosch motor is very strong and the emtb function is a good mode when the climbing is heavy and technical. One downside though is that after a hundred miles or so the Dropper post makes a creaking noise when pedaling. It was the same with my Felt and was solved by re-greasing the cables. The battery is easy to take out and the cabling is easy to reach. Very happy with my purchase!
