The heart of this Trek Domane AL3 is its aluminium frame. This lightweight frame ensures smooth handling, keeping you safe on the road. The cables are integrated into the frame, where they are well protected from precipitation and other dirt. The Domane comes with a carbon fork, which cushions uneven road surfaces well.

This bike comes with a Shimano Sora drivetrain. This groupset is common on beginner's bikes, and shifts properly. It is a 2x9 groupset with an 11-34 cassette. I haven't ridden it much yet, but it's pure pleasure. The bike is very comfortable and the drivetrain shifts without a hitch. It handles well, so you'll feel right at home on the road. And let's face it, it's a real eye-catcher. The blue/black gradient is truly magnificent.
