Commuting or running errands is more fun when it requires no effort. This is where the Trek District+ 4 comes in. The reliable Bosch Active Line Plus mid-mounted motor is used in many city and touring bikes. It can handle everything but the steepest slopes. As you can choose between different battery capacities, you can determine the maximum range yourself. If you’re going to use your bike mainly for your shopping trips, the cheap 300 Wh version will do. If you also want to be able to make long rides, or if you don't want to recharge the battery too often, the 500 Wh version would be recommendable.

High-quality gear and brake components
The District+ 4 e-bike has 7 gears, which are located in a low-maintenance gear hub and which allow you to always find your ideal pedalling frequency. The smallest gear lets you ride away easily at traffic lights, and the heaviest gear lets you speed up to a sturdy pace. The powerful hydraulic disc brakes give you the certainty of being able to stop quickly in heavy traffic. All in all, this is the perfect city bike.

It is a well-known fact that Trek produces cleverly designed bikes. The District+ 4 is one such e-bike with plenty of smart features. One example is the daytime running lights, whose front light is beautifully integrated into the front fork. And of course, this e-bike is equipped with all the accessories you need to be able to hop on and ride right away.
