Makkelijk monteren én demonteren
Dankzij het meegeleverde werkstandaard kun je je fiets eenvoudig vastzetten, monteren of demonteren, zowel onderweg als thuis. De standaard houdt de fiets stevig op zijn plek, zodat je snel en eenvoudig onderhoud kunt uitvoeren wanneer dat nodig is. Met een ruime wielbasiscapaciteit tot 110 cm is deze fietskoffer geschikt voor de meeste weg-, gravel- en crossfietsen.
Veilig je fiets vervoeren
De Thule RoundTrip biedt optimale bescherming met stevige opgevulde panelen, speciaal ontworpen om elk fietsonderdeel veilig op zijn plek te houden. Harde zijpanelen, gemaakt van versterkt 5 mm polypropyleen en een gegoten HDPE-bodemkuip, zorgen voor robuuste bescherming tijdens het reizen. Het interne beschermingsmateriaal voorkomt beschadiging van onderdelen zoals het stuur, de zadelpen, het zadel, de ketting en zelfs de remschijven. Zo is je fiets van alle kanten beschermd tegen stoten en druk.
Compact en gebruiksvriendelijk
De zijwanden van de RoundTrip Fietskoffer zijn inklapbaar en vast te zetten voor compacte opslag. Met een afmeting van slechts 124 x 38 x 24 cm is de koffer makkelijk op te bergen, of je nu thuis bent of op je reisbestemming. Dankzij de zwenkwielen is manoeuvreren op vliegvelden en andere drukke plekken nog makkelijker, en de koffer is zo ontworpen dat ook het voorwiel veilig opgeborgen kan worden tijdens transport.

Good bike case for train and car journeys, limited suitability for flights. Mounting stand included.
The bike case is a hybrid solution between a soft and hard shell case and attempts to combine the advantages of both worlds: - Small pack size, fits under the bed when empty - Offers protection against knocks and bumps This is achieved by splitting the side panels in two, which makes the case relatively easy to stow away. On the plane, however, I would check it in separately and not rely on the pure protection of the suitcase. The wheels, handlebars, stem and pedals have to be removed for transport. This is made easier by the integrated assembly stand; after removing the parts, the frame is simply inserted into the bag with the base of the assembly stand. For me, this is a good assembly stand for transporting road and gravel bikes, the system with the assembly stand is well thought out. The level of protection is sufficient for travelling by car and train, as well as by plane for special tasks. I see the somewhat lower level of protection compared to hardshell solutions as a drawback, as well as the somewhat poor protection of the brake discs.
