Tenways Longtail Duo

The Tenways Longtail Duo is an electric longtail bike with a solid mid-motor and a generous battery. It combines stability and comfort for daily rides with cargo or passengers on the back. The spacious luggage rack can carry loads up to 50 kg, and the Smart Connect system offers additional security and connectivity via the Tenways app. As this longtail e-bike offers well balanced pedal assist and a range up to some 100 km, it is suitable for a variety of rides around town and beyond.

Frame and electric drive
The frame of the Longtail Duo is made of 6061 aluminium and has an extended wheelbase of 1378.5 mm and a steering angle of 69 degrees, which contributes to consistent and predictable handling, even when loaded up to the maximum total weight of 220 kg. The Bafang M410 mid-motor delivers 250 W of power and up to 80 Nm of torque via a built-in torque sensor that lets the pedal assist system respond intuitively to every pedal stroke. The 720 Wh lithium-ion battery with LG cells is integrated into the frame and allows for a range of up to about 100 km.

Shifting and braking
For gear shifting, this e-bike uses Enviolo stepless hub gears with a range of around 100 to 380%, allowing for smooth changes in resistance without having to stop pedalling. The drivetrain with a Gates CDX carbon belt requires little maintenance and stays clean and quiet, ensuring a smooth ride in a variety of conditions. Four-piston hydraulic disc brakes from Tektro deliver consistent stopping power, which helps to control your speed and stopping power on rides with high loads or sudden stops.

Finishes and functional details
The Longtail Duo e-bike has a suspension fork that absorbs shocks and vibrations from the road and contributes to comfort on varying surfaces. The custom-made Tenways tyres on 24 inch aluminium rims provide grip and stability on every ride. The TFT LCD colour display clearly shows essential ride data and is linked to the Tenways app for additional insight and security features, including GPS tracking and motion detection. The ABUS frame lock and integrated front and rear lights comply with traffic regulations and increase your visibility and, therefore, your safety.
