Solid product that can be impact-resistant, the basket for the puppy fits perfectly and everything stays in place very well. Neat & prompt delivery. Called Customer Service twice for help and both times were really friendly and cheerful and received clear answers to my questions. My experience: This company comes highly recommended in many ways.
