Materials and construction
The OpenDots 2 are made of soft silicone, lightweight plastic and a stainless steel mesh. Their ergonomic shape provides optimal support for your ears so that the soft material offers all-day comfort. The flexible JointArc design allows the earbuds to adapt to different ear shapes for a highly secure fit during intense movement. Furthermore, the earbuds’ construction is IP57 certified - this high level of water resistance confirms that the product is fully sweat- and rain-proof and can withstand a sudden downpour. The charging case is IP54 certified, which means that it offers effective dust and splashwater protection.

Additional features
Weighing just 6.4 grams per earbud, the system is barely noticeable, preventing discomfort during prolonged wear. Internally, the dual drivers, combined with Bassphere 2.0 technology, deliver powerful sound reproduction with 70% less distortion. To prevent sound leakage, DirectPitch and MirrorPitch technologies direct the audio very precisely into the ear canal. For clear phone calls, the OpenDots 2 each feature three built-in microphones, one of which is a bone-conduction microphone that filters out distracting background noise. The unique Dynamic Ear Detection technology instantly recognises the side on which you wear the earbud, so there is no longer a fixed left or right one. Finally, the powerful Li-ion battery delivers 10 hours of uninterrupted playtime, which is extended to 40 hours if you also use the wireless charging case.

Connectivity and compatibility
The wireless connection uses the latest Bluetooth 6.1 technology, providing a highly stable wireless range of 10 metres. The system supports MultiPoint connection, Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair for seamless pairing with various devices. Audio is transmitted flawlessly via the supported AAC and SBC audio codecs. Finally, the OpenDots 2 are fully compatible with the user-friendly Shokz app.
